How does the Jonny Boy Cookies Cookie Jar Collective work?
When you first place your order for your cookie subscription, we will make and ship it that week. For all following orders, the first Monday of every month, you will receive an email confirming your order, and given you the option to fully customize your box. These options will include picking your flavors, quantity, and delivery date. You will also have the option to skip. You can skip up to 2 months in a row at one time. You will have until Wednesday at midnight to make any changes. After that, your order is locked in and you will not be able to make changes until your next order.
When will subscription boxes ship?
If no changes are made to your order, your cookies will be baked fresh and shipped the following week. Please see Shipping Policy (hyperlink to policy) for information on shipping. If a different delivery date is selected, your order will be prepared 1-2 days prior to the delivery date you choose.
Can I make updates to my monthly order?
You absolutely can make updates to your order! This is the beauty of being a part of the Cookie Jar Collective. You will receive an email on the first Monday of each month where you can make any changes to your order. If you have an event coming up later in the month, you can upgrade your quantity and flavors and have your “side dish” delivered right to your door!
Can I cancel or pause my membership?
Yes! You can easily skip, pause, or cancel at any time. If you would like to cancel, please log in to your portal to cancel. We are happy to assist you if you need help!
Please note: You must cancel prior to Wednesday at midnight following the first Monday of the month to not be charged for that month’s subscription.
When will I find out my cookie box of the month?
Each month, you will be able to choose your Mixer or have the option to do a single flavor!
Can I give my monthly box of cookies as a gift?
Yes! When you receive your monthly email to customize your order, you will have the option to change the delivery address and recipient. Make sure to note in the instructions if this is a gift. You will have the option to add a special packaging and a message as well!
Can I give the Cookie Jar Collective Membership as a gift?
